To set up Xbox on OBS, click the Settings tab at the top of the PTZOptics Control panel and select Joystick. Installation of OBS plugins is as simple as placing the plugin dll and other plugin dependencies in the plugins directory found inside your OBS installation directory. Clicking this brings up the PTZOptics Control panel where you can control up to eight cameras.

I have downloaded Jenkins from Browser, extracted zip file and installed it using jenkins.msi. I am installing Jenkins on Microsoft Windows Server VM. I am getting this error for all the plugins even when I am trying to install suggested plugins during the initial setup, that time also I am getting the same error.
